A note from the founder

Why we built Global Real Estate Intelligence.

Dear valued customers and valued data providers,

The research that moves commercial real estate is some of the best in the world. The problem has never been quality. It is that it lives in a hundred different places: across dozens of firms, behind dozens of sign-up forms, in PDFs and pages that no single person can realistically keep up with.

Global Real Estate Intelligence exists to fix that one problem. It is a single, neutral place to find and search the publicly available research of the entire industry. We index it, we summarise it, and we link you straight to the source. We do not rehost anyone’s work, and we do not put our own spin on it. Every report remains the property of the firm that wrote it, and we are genuinely grateful to those firms for making their thinking public.

What we are not is just as important. We have no house view and no investment agenda. We are not here to tell you what to think about a market, or to favour one provider over another. Our only job is to give you a fair, unbiased, and complete picture of the research that is out there, and to save you the hours it takes to gather it yourself. If we ever fall short of that, the product has failed at the one thing it is meant to do.

To our customers: use it hard, and tell us what is missing. Completeness is the whole point, and you will know the gaps before we do. To the firms whose research we index: we are sending you readers and credit, never taking your work. If you would like us to adjust how your research appears, or to feature more of it, we would be glad to hear from you.

Thank you for being part of this, on either side. We are building the tool we always wished existed.
